Good morning!

[The greeting precedes the video by just a hair as Chihiro's bedroom swings into view and dear sweet gracious Lord there are eggs everywhere.

No joke, there are eggs. Everywhere. They are resting on every available surface that is soft and/or isn't the floor, most of them taking up space on Chihiro's bed. May God have mercy on those living in the Dangan House, but he has been making pains to be as least intrusive with all of this as possible, at least.]

It's only a few days until Christmas, right? I've been working on a big breeding project this month, so I have a lot of eggs to give away.

They are all going to be free, so don't worry about paying me anything! Consider it an early Christmas present.

[He offers the camera a warm smile, then continues.]

Just make sure to give them good homes, okay?

[Oh, hey, there you are! Mondo would come in but he's pretty sure he'll accidentally knock some eggs over or something, so he'll hang out in the doorway.]

This is a lot of eggs, holy shit. Are you gonna be able to get rid of them all?

If not all, most! I think. A lot of people have already claimed some, anyway.

[Most of the eggs are in his room at least, but he does apologize for the...fact that there are a few permanently occupied chairs and couches at the moment.]

I'm not charging anything for them, so I think they'll go quickly.

Oh yeah, probably! They'd make good presents at least. So why'd you decide to breed some in the first place if you weren't gonna sell them?

[Isn't that what breeders do??]

Well...I wanted to do something nice for everyone. Due to the season and all, you know.

There are always new trainers showing up, and since the breeding center has been closed for the time being...I wanted to give others a chance to have a variety of Pokemon to train that would be harder to catch in the wild with a low leveled team.

[diamondo]

Wow, that's really thoughtful of you!

[Chihiro Fujisaki: Literally the nicest person in the world.]

I'm sure a lot of people will really appreciate that.

[Awww, he tries.]

I really hope so! A lot of these Pokemon have some strong moves, too, so that should be helpful.

I apologize for how much space they're taking up, though. They haven't been in the way, have they?

[...Well he's sure they HAVE to some extent, but.]

Ah, no, I just got back. I spent a couple of days in Goldenrod just to get away from everything. So they haven't been in my way, no! You need any help with them?

Okay. As long as they aren't in the way and aren't on the floor, I think they'll be fine.

[He hasn't had any unexpected hatching incidents yet, but that's mostly because he's careful not to move them around too much.]

Hmm...I'm going to send a few to the PC soon...do you think you could bring the eggs from the den in here once I've done that? My Leavanny will help you!

Yeah, sure, no problem! I'll be careful with 'em, of course.

[But it's good that he can help out!]

[At that Chihiro nods, carefully picking his way over to the bed so he can scoop up a few of the spoken for eggs, adjusting them in his arms before continuing.]

By the way...how have you been, lately? Since you said you just got back, and all.

I've been feeling a lot better, actually. Earlier this year I was kind of a mess. I'd have good days and I'd have really shitty days, but I think things are gonna be alright now.

[Part of it was traveling with Ishimaru, but most of it was being able to talk to Chihiro again.]

What about you? How've you been?

I'm glad to hear that!

[And he is, really. He wants all of his friends to be happy, here, but perhaps Mondo most of all.]

I've been doing well, myself. Maka invited me to travel to Ecruteak with her and Kirikou-kun next month...so I think I'm going to do that.

But I'm happy to be here for the holidays, at the moment.

That sounds like fun! I'm sure you'll have a great time!

Thank you. I hope so!

[He pauses as he crosses the room carefully with the eggs in tow. Then he adds in a bit of a quieter voice.]

I might even...try to challenge the gym, there.

[diamondo]

Oh yeah? That'd probably be a good challenge. The Gym Leader there has Ghost-types, so Dark-types are a good bet.

[It's definitely a good idea for Chihiro to challenge the Gym Leader! Who knows, maybe he'll be more confident if he wins!]

[HE'S GONNA TRY SO HARD, MONDO.]

Ooh...so I should probably focus on training my Mightyena then...right?

[diamondo]

Yeah, that'd be a good bet! I can probably breed one of mine if you need another Dark-type. Ghost is good against Psychics, but I think the Gym Leader has a Gengar...? If you've got something with a Psychic-type move but isn't a Psychic-type, that might be useful too.

[codeforhope]

[Chihiro looks up in thought, shifting from one foot to the other.]

Hmm...well, my Porygon knows a few Psychic type moves. My Mightyena are a bit lower leveled compared to him, though...so I might need to train a little more first.

[diamondo]

I'm sure you can do some training while you're traveling. I'm sure you'll manage though! Ghost-types can't be hit by Normal or Fighting-type moves but as long as you keep that in mind and hit with your strongest moves, you should be fine!
