[Chihiro had been keeping rather quiet on the Network since Prom for reasons, but recent murderschool students suddenly turning comatose had left him unsure and antsy. Not really wanting to talk to anyone particular, per-say, but just wanting to talk in general. Particularly light topics that might help alleviate the anxiety.

A lot of people here have Eevees, don't they? I wanted to ask and see what everyone's opinions are on the different forms they can potentially evolve into. It doesn't matter if yours has already evolved, or if you don't have one...

I also would like to apologize to anyone who may have received text messages in all caps from my Gear during the time I've been here. My Porygon likes to talk to people, particularly new arrivals, it looks like.... I've given him a project to work on so he shouldn't be bothering anyone else for a while.

I guess everyone is going to have different opinions about them. Did this person specify what it was that made Flareon seem to be weaker?

Yes, Eevees are rather abundant here...but they're really the only Pokemon I can breed right now. I don't think they produce as many eggs as other species, at least.

[You know, Chihiro's thinking more and more that getting Henko an everstone for a while would be a smart idea...or else he'll accidentally wake up to an Espeon or an Umbreon one morning.]

Neither am I or Henko, to be honest. Though it's something I've been thinking about, recently....I've never actually seen any of the other evolutions in person before.

Um. ...no, I don't think he does. He is more interested in codes and binary.

Then yes, he should be perfectly fine. Those aren't terrible and are probably even respectable.

I couldn't say, myself. Perhaps I've just had bad luck... I evolved an Eevee I received fairly shortly after he hatched, so I have no idea if that's just how he is, and the other... well, that one certainly took after his trainer, that's for certain.

I'm glad to hear that, then. It has kept him busy...

I have noticed that Pokémon take after those that train them, sometimes. So that might be why....or maybe your Eevee didn't want to evolve into the form it did, and would have preferred a different one...leading to it acting out later.

Well my friend Gary has one of them, and I've seen a couple around on the network. I think Eevees themselves are more popular though.

They are, I agree. It's a bit surprising that there are so many, since Eevees usually don't have as many eggs as some other Pokémon at once....that and they take much longer to hatch.

I believe it was something about how they were known for being a bit weaker when it comes to certain kinds of attacks? I should ask someone else who's more knowledgeable about such things. Perhaps you would have better luck if you asked some of the friends you have here.

I will...I just don't think it's fair to favor one evolution over another simply due to their strength.

That's true. It's funny...they all move around together in a pack.

That's not necessarily a bad thing, though....as long as people want them.

Strength or not doesn't matter to me. This was Haze's choice. So long as he's happy, then I'm sure this was the right decision to make.

I'm sure he'll be more than strong enough to deal with anything, and if he doesn't... Myself and the rest of my team will be there for him. We're all in this together, after all.

I'm sure the others wouldn't mind if you came and visited, sometime. Some of the Eevees have clothing, even...

There is one that is wearing an outfit that matches mine.

Yes....that's a good way to think about it. I'm going to make sure that Henko is happy with whatever she decides to evolve into as well, whether she decides to at all.

I don't really battle much, of course, but even then...

Strength can be measured in many different ways, I think. Some are stronger in different ways than others.

Some are strong in ways that they can't see... but everyone else can. And others in ways that nobody can see...but it's still there, and doesn't make that person any less strong, or important.

That's right!

Even if you're a very small person, you can be clever or loving or brave. I suppose we're all like Pokemon, with our strengths and weaknesses. Even when we're like a "normal" type, which isn't particularly strong against any others, we're still precious and important. Sometimes it's not so obvious, but that doesn't make it any less true.

That's what I believe.
