[A video flickers into life on the Network, and for a moment the only thing that can be seen is the cheerful face of a Leavanny as she dutifully adjusts the Gear so it will be properly in focus. She bounces away from the screen a second later with her arms spread wide to bring attention to a rather impressive array of scarves that have been laid across Chihiro's bed. ...no, really, there are a lot of them. Like, so many that there are little stacks of them piled where the few aren't sitting on display.

...they're also sortof janky as all hell but you've probably never seen a bug more happy about anything in her entire life.

Chihiro stands next to her as she continues to gesture at the accessories, wearing one of the scarves around his neck. It's far too long for any normal human to be wearing and the patterns adorning all of them are mismatched and just a little hideous, but...they look really warm?]

It's starting to get colder recently, isn't it? It will probably be snowing very soon...and Shiruku here has been knitting scarves for most of the year. But we, um...we have more than we know what to do with right now.

[Chihiro's expression betrays that he knows how ugly they are, but that he's also trying to silently beg anyone watching to not tell her that, please do not crush her dreams oh my god]

And people have started showing up again, and I'd hate to know that they were having to travel in this cold weather without anything to keep them warm. So we're giving these away to anyone who needs one! They won't cost anything, so don't worry about that...like I said, we have a lot of them in all sorts of colors. Consider them an early Christmas present. They've all been hand knitted by Shiruku herself.

I can send them to wherever you are, or you can come get one in person if you would like, if you are in Goldenrod right now.

[Just before the feed cuts, Shiruku picks up one of the scarves and holds it up so everyone out there can see it better. It's a vibrantly purple thing, and it drags the ground. She looks very proud of it.]

[They'll be excited to see a new face in the house, certainly.]

[Rise nods before shutting off the feed with a wave. IT'll certainly be her first time in the house, and she's all too used to having a ton of Eevee's around. Makes her miss her own bunch.

As for the yarn? She knocks on the door before coming in as a courtesy, carrying several packed bags.]

Chihiro-kun? I'm here!

[Thankfully, the Eevee don't mob Rise due to most of them being congregated near another part of the house, but she will definitely find a good few trotting after her even as she makes it up to Chihiro's room.

Chihiro quickly pulls himself from where he'd been helping Shiruku with the scarves, smiling up at Rise.]

Hello, Rise-san. Did you buy a lot...?

[She didn't have to, really...but he knows it'll be appreciated.]

[She's not one to mind the ones tailing her. As long as they don't trip Rise.

Rise gives Chihiro a big smile before presenting him with four bags.]

This is all I could carry. It's a rainbow of colors! One of them has red and green in them.

Oh wow...these will all make very nice scarves, won't they?

[He asks Shiruku as she quickly comes trotting over, peering into the bags Rise brought before tapping her claws together and flashing her an excited grin of her own.]

Thank you again. It was thoughtful of you to bring all of this.

It's nothing. Shirakiku and the others always seems to happy to be making things, so this can be their Christmas present from me!

[Why not give Pokémon presents?]

It's nice that they have hobbies, I think. Do your Pokemon have things they like to do, Rise-san?

Yeah! Almost all of them like to sing and dance with me. Except Sakan. She just kind of swims around in the bathtub all day... Maybe I should find a better place for a Feebas to swim.

Sing and dance, hm? That sounds lovely...maybe you could buy her a little inflatable pool of her own? Maybe she could use that during the summertime.

It's a lot of fun, and it's a good way to stay in shape. Especially when it's getting so cold outside. [That's a thought.] If it's an inflatable one, I could take it anywhere with me... I'll get one when I'm at the department store again~

[Chihiro walks back over to his bed as Rise talks, Shiruku approaching her in the meantime with a silent offer to relieve her of some of her bags if she'd like.]

That will be good! I let my Piplup swim around in the bathtub when she was little, but she's gotten too big for it since she evolved. So that sort of thing can be helpful.

[Rise lets Shirakiku help her with the bags, nodding to the Pokémon.]

Naoto was like that when she was little. Now that she's an Empoleon, she's just happy to be out of the sun. I just want them all to be happy.

[He nods, taking a seat on a clear edge of the bed for the moment.]

I wonder if it will snow again soon...I know a lot of my Pokemon enjoy that.

I can't wait for it to snow. There's cute outfits, and skiing, and I can try ice skating!

[Hopefully not hit the ice too hard when she's bound to fall.]

Ooh...I've never been ice skating before. It looks pretty difficult...

The trick is to keep your balance. I'm not the greatest at it, but I can help? It hurts to fall... but you just have to get back up.

It would be fun to learn! Or, well...to at least try, anyway.

We should find out where they have a skating rink. Even invite some friends to go with us and have fun~
